| Description: This is a medium-sized school slate. It measures 21 inches by 13 inches. It is framed in wood and has rounded corners. Each corner has a metal bracket bracing it. The back of the slate is wood too. There are numbers 1-12 along the left hand side. There are lined columns with headings written in cursive, for example, courses, winds and remarkes. Charlotte Singleton says it is a "Racing Results Board," presumably for sailboat racing. [show more] | ||||
