8 X 10 black and white photograph of nine shells arranged in the sun on the sand. Three larger shells near to bottom of photo. Paper attatched to back, “ Each species of snail produces a shell distinctive in size shape color, and texture; but the basic method of manufacturing the shell is similar in all species. Common names for species vary. Most people recognize the big shell at the top as a Tulip Shell.
