Description: Small (doll's sized) trunk adorned with animal fur and leather on the outside, lined with printed paper on the inside. A slip of paper on the inside reads: "This trunk was given to Emily Manchester by her father Major John Manchester, in 1850, (Now in the Gilley family)" Emily was born in 1834 and would have been 16 when she got the trunk. Description: Wooden chest with domed top. Papered on the outside. Blue in places. Lined with newspaper advertisements from New Haven, Connecticut dated 1791. Hinges made of pieces of wire. Missing top handle.

Description: Child sized chair. Maybe a doll chair. Bent wood back with strip of wood from chair seat to bent wood. Painted black with gold trim and angels drinking wine. Soldier boy on seat. Donor info - belonged to Lucie Pray, the daughter of Kate and Lester Pray of Somesville.
Description: Metal tips on each end. Hinge opens and clasp hold spindle inside case. Donor info - came from woolen mill owned by run by Abraham Somes II and later by his sons Isaac and Lyman Somes. Lyman was the father of the donor.
Description: Lid lifts to reveal shallow space. Two drawers underneath. Sits on four legs. Donor info - was given to donor as a wedding present 61 years ago. Donor used it for odds and ends and thread.
