Letter regarding two W.H. Ballard photos that Sturgis Haskins bought for the Town of Sorrento; Edmund Burke owned the Bullseye that is likely in the photo, possibly named Scamp. Picture of the Skylark; named changed to the Valkyrie. Edmund Gillespie has better pictures of the Skylark than the one taken by Ballard.
