Smith requesting change of mail delivery to Swan's and Long Islands from Stonington boat to "Sea Wind" out of McKinley [Bass Harbor] . Letter is accompanied by two petitions, one each from the citizens of Swan's Island and Frenchboro. The photos inclue signature pages of the petitions that accompanied the letter.
