Explains that for the 1st time in history of the Larger Parish they are facing a budget deficit of more than one thousand dollars. Says that historically the majority of money has come from “Summer People” but now it is time for residents to do more and to give “sacrificially”. On the back of the letter is the budget for 1952 ($17,968.30)
