Description: Prepared for the Summer-Year Round Resident Planning Committee of the Mount Desert Chamber of Commerce. Includes land use maps of Otter Creek, Seal Harbor, Bracy Cove, Northeast Harbor, Somesville, Pretty Marsh. The overall objective was to find ways and means to guide the coourse of change while maintaining the basic character of the community; find ways to achieve growth of the permament summer community. Includes study of hotel/inn and restaurant facilities to see if they are adequate.
