Included in this file are three plans as blue print for the "Cedars" by architect T.E.Billquist of Pittsburg Pa. who may have been the original architect since Mr. Guthrie was from Pittsburg,Pa.
Specifications are included and contracts with a contractor R.H. Moon from 1904
File contains material from 1901 to 1912.
