Deed between sellers Addie B. Smith, Donald E. Smith, and Stuart J. Smith all of Somesville and purchasers Frank Kibbe and Michael Voorhees, both of Southwest Harbor for two parcels, one in Town of Mount Desert and the other in Bar Harbor.
The first lot is for property sold by Ezra D. Reed to Eben E. Babson in 1876; the second lot is the eastern part of lot number one except for part conveyed in a 1928 deed from B.R. Smith to C. Millard Kittredge.
