Paul Stubing indicated that this photograph is of the "Joyce-Marie" being painted on the beach at Southwest Harbor near Manset Corner.
She is beached in the area across the street from what is now the Western Way Condominiums on Rt. 102. There are two men painting her hull and a third man looking on. Looking through the rigging, one can see the Coast Guard Station in the background.
