Three report cards or monthly reports for Irving Ashley, grandfather of donor; they give percentages for reading, spelling, arithmetic, penmanship, grammar, and deportment, as well as a general average. Teacher was Myra Powers; her comments are on the backs of two of the cards:
"Irving is a good boy at school. He works hard, pays attention and has improved much this month. Come and see his work."
"To parents- You are invited to visit our school at anytime to note the work of your pupils."
