The Gerrish Collection, Northeast Harbor Library

One of Savage's first drafting exercises shows a very sparsely and naively rendered facade in contrast with the richness of materials of the built project. His ability to sketch, draw and render in order to communicate as an architect matured. He developed a personal style of sketching and communicating his ideas and designs to himself and clients.
