One of a set of 13 Photo. negatives of (a)letter to Sen. Margaret Chase Smith requesting change of mail delivery to Swan's and Long Islands from Stonington boat to "Sea Wind" out of McKinley [Bass Harbor] . Letter is accompanied by two petitions, one each from the citizens of Swan's Island and Frenchboro. The photos inclue signature pages of the petitions that accompanied the letter.
