She wears wire rimmed glasses, a round pin at her neck and a white cord over the front of her dress. Her dark dress has puffed sleeves and an embroidered decoration on the bodice. The photographer's logo printed on the front is: "Beckford Photo, 43 Winter St, Boston, Mass." Similar logo on the back of the card with the additional information: "Duplicates of this Photo can be had at any time. We can also reduce it to fit the smallest locket or enlarge it to life size, and finished in crayon, Pastel, Ink or Water Colors."
