Written to LaRue Spiker asking her not to send any more letters regarding her position on Stockholm Peace initiative to ban bombs. The attached letter discusses the right to speak on this matter. The petition was obtained through the Indianapolis Civil Rights Congress. The Civil Rights Congress is on the Attorney General's list of subversive organizations
